About DRS & Culture

Dispute Resolution Services was created as a means to address issues brought to the Office for Access and Equity that did not qualify as discrimination or harassment, but still contributed to a negative workplace culture.

When a team operates in a poor climate over a long period of time, it is not uncommon to see widespread dissatisfaction, an increase in grievances, claims, or litigation, and decreased organizational output.

The goal for DRS & Workplace Culture is to prevent such negative outcomes, and to create work environments where all team members can thrive. This is done through 1:1 conflict resolution services, and/or team-wide trainings, workshops, and consulting programs.
