December marks Universal Human Rights Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the fundamental rights and freedoms that every human being is entitled to. It is a time to reflect on the progress made in promoting and protecting human rights and the work that still needs to be done.

At the Office for Access and Equity, we are committed to supporting students, faculty, and staff in their efforts to promote human rights and create a more just and equitable society. We believe everyone should have access to education, employment, and other opportunities regardless of race, gender, religion, or other characteristics.

We recognize that much work must be done to ensure everyone's human rights are respected and protected. That is why we are dedicated to providing resources, support, and advocacy to those who need it most.

So, as we celebrate Universal Human Rights Month, let us remember the importance of standing up for human rights and working together to create a fair, just, and equitable world for all. And let us also remember that the Office for Access and Equity is here to support you every step of the way.
