About
Michele is responsible for managing academic searches, including the review and approval of search compliance efforts during all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Michele holds a Master's in Sociology, and she has 10 years of working in human resources, primarily with recruitment and training. Before joining UIC, Michele worked for a social service agency, Little City Foundation, as a Licensing Representative, leading compliance initiatives related to foster care licensing regulations. Her responsibilities included educating, implementing, and monitoring departmental and agency compliance.
