Samantha C. Smith completed her B.S. at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, and her MBA at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her background has been in Human Resources and Social Impact initiatives, contributing to positive cultures both in and out of the workplace. In her current role as Visiting Assistant Director of Prevention and Culture Change, Samantha is focused on evaluating campus cultures, fostering healthy working relationships, and building and sustaining collaborative and productive work cultures.
