National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM): Fostering a Workplace of Acceptance

This year marks the 80th anniversary of the National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). Held annually in October, NDEAM celebrates the value and talent of workers with disabilities adding to America’s workplaces and economy. The 2025 theme for NDEAM is, “Celebrating Value and Talent.”
Panelists will have a conversation about celebrating, supporting, mentoring, and assisting employees with disabilities in advancing their careers.
